FUNCTIONING
• The cultivation of morels is intended primarily for agricultural professionals.
• The objective is to start the cultivation under trial license, with a cultivated area of between 100 m2 and 500 m2, for a period of 2 years.
• After this period, the trial license is replaced by a license for an area that will be between 5,000 m2 and 10,000 m2 (0.5 to 1 hectare).
• The trial license allows to cultivate morels, without organic certification.
• The license allows to grow certified organic morels.
